About
For 25 years I have studied Psychology and human performance, both academically and in its application to real life, with my focus always being on what is of practical utility to you and I; the people trying to live the best possible lives we can.
As a husband of a working wife, and father of 3 lively children, I see ‘success’ not just as a professional metric relating to salary and status, but as an individualised aspiration which includes relationships, balance, happiness, purpose and the pursuit of excellence. By establishing meaning, direction, and inspiration, we can begin to set a roadmap to becoming the person we want to be, thereby being better able to ‘succeed’ in whatever it is we value most.
Where my consultancy, coaching and talks differ from others, is that I guide clients through a process of behavioural change which achieves genuine and enduring improvement and growth. Many of us can reel off a list of what makes someone resilient, or perhaps a good leader, or team player, but the key question is, how do you actually become that person? What takes us from words to deeds; from wanting to be something, to actually becoming the person you want to be?
Informed by decades of research and observation, I have developed a 10 Step process to achieve exactly this; authentic and sustained growth and development which can be applied to all areas of life, personal or professional.
One on one consultation/coaching provides the most focused and time efficient method of growth and development for individuals, although group workshops, seminars and talks can be equally powerful for anyone wishing to improve their performance in any aspect of their professional and/or personal lives.
